Enjoy smooth billing with auto-approval of changes
You can add a notice period to your agreement so that any changes in scope will be automatically accepted. Set a notice period with your client, so that any changes to the agreement are automatically accepted when it ends!
Here’s what you and your clients will love:
Billing kept in flow even when changes happen
Edit and add services online, in one, live agreement that updates in real-time
Changes are visible to both parties, keeping the relationship fully transparent
Billing concerns and manual work from your clients are eliminated
The client's needs can be addressed whenever necessary
💡 If your T&Cs support that, you can set this as a default for all agreements under Business Settings.

Meet the new Billing Hub
Several changes have been made to the Billing Hub in recent months, including capabilities such as billing ongoing services for the same period, and for previous periods.

Business Settings Improvements
We've added a few new settings to the Business Settings page that will help you run your business efficiently, streamline your proposals, and free up your time.
You can now define the following default proposal settings:
Terms & Conditions (upload file)
Amendment auto approval notice period
Timing of automatic billing
Day of the month to issue the invoice
Day of the week to issue the invoice
Number of days until payment is due
Who pays the Credit Card processing fee
Automatic services default billing state
Automatic services first-month proration
Contacts: Add a new contact & Import
You can now create a new contact in Anchor via the Contacts page or import a CSV.
Note that you can edit existing contacts only until you send them an agreement.
Proposals: Clients can now invite members to add a payment method
Sometimes, the person who approves the agreement doesn’t have permission to add a payment method.
To solve this, we have made it easier for your clients to invite a team member right from the payment method step.
