Billing Hub: bill outside of the agreed quota
Every now and then, you and your client agree on a monthly billing amount, but the deal changes and you need to bill again.
From now on, this can be done quickly from the billing hub. Whenever you click 'bill service', you'll be able to bill again for the same period immediately, or bill it again for previous periods if needed.
That bill will be issued as a separate invoice. In order to ensure transparency, your client will need to approve the payment since the payment will exceed your agreed quota.
Billing Hub: New capabilities added to the 'Add charge' modal
The Billing Hub's Add Charge modal has been redesigned. From now on, apart from sending a charge immediately, you'll also be able to add a charge to the upcoming bill.
🚩 Clients will be asked to approve a payment that is out of the agreed scope, to keep things transparent.
Billing Hub: ‘Add Credit’ button added
We've separated the Add Charge and Add Credit buttons, to make things clearer.
To add credit;
Go to your client’s billing hub
Click ‘Add credit’
Credit is added to the next bill
