March 2024

What's in this article?

Billing: Manage future invoices

Now you can easily review and adjust future invoices, add services, charges, and credits, and make sure they're just right before sending them!

  1. Go to the Billing Hub

  2. Click the arrow next to the date picker at the top of the invoice list to see what’s coming up.

💡 You'll only see invoices that have services or charges listed, so your view stays tidy.

Billing: Simplified Refund Requests

Your refund process is now simpler than ever. It's not necessary to go through support channels. Simply:

  1. Open the invoice

  2. Click 'More' at the bottom

  3. Select 'Request a refund'

💡 This action sends us a request; it does not automatically process the refund.

Proposals: Duplicate packages

Creating proposals just got faster with the ability to duplicate packages.

  • Create your proposal and your first package

  • Click the three dots menu

  • Select Duplicate

💡Pro tip: Adjust the service order within packages for optimal presentation.

Agreements: Amend from Manual Payments to Auto (and vice versa)

Switching between manual and automatic payments is now seamless in Anchor. Adjust your agreement’s payment settings to best suit how you and your clients handle transactions.

  • Access the agreement

  • Find the 'Approve each payment manually' checkbox

  • Check / uncheck

💡 Client approval is required if you switch to automatic payments.

Agreements: Amend Who Pays CC Fees

You can now amend who bears the credit card fees, even for approved agreements.

  • Navigate to the agreement

  • Scroll to Payment settings

  • Adjust as needed

Changes will be reflected in an email to your client as well as the activity log.

💡 Client approval is required if the fee responsibility shifts to them and a credit card is linked.

Agreements: Renaming Made Easy

Thanks to your feedback, renaming agreements in Anchor is now simpler. Just a few clicks and you’re set, making it easier for both you and your clients to stay organized.

  • Find the agreement you'd like to edit

  • Click the three dots menu

  • Choose 'Rename'

💡 Remember, the updated agreement name is visible to your clients, enhancing clarity and communication.
