Proposals: New Proposals Templates, Customized per Vertical
To support service providers across various verticals, we've introduced proposal templates for each specialty.
Whether you're in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax Preparation, Tax Representation, Tax Resolution, or Marketing, these templates are designed to give you a head start. Existing service providers can access these templates too; just reach out to us!
Payments: Stop payment (by clients)
Clients now have a clearer, more transparent process for stopping payments, complete with the requirement to provide a reason.
The added reason will be visible to you in the activity log and update emails, ensuring you stay informed and can respond effectively to your clients' needs.
To stop an invoice;
The client must go to the invoice they want to stop
Click the ‘More’ button at the bottom of the invoice
Choose Stop/ Resume
Provide the reason, and hit Stop
Agreements: Amend billing date
Last month, we introduced the ability to select different billing dates for each service.
Now, we're taking it a step further by enabling you to change billing dates for automatically billed services.
While client approval isn't needed, an informative email is sent to keep them in the loop about these changes.
Rename Agreement
Thanks to your feedback, renaming agreements has become a breeze;
1. Find the agreement to edit
2. Click the three dots menu
3. Choose rename
💡 Be aware that the agreement name is also displayed to clients.
