What’s in this article?

Proposals: Request Accountant Access Directly from the Proposal

Improvement

You can now request accountant access directly in the proposal creation process. This means your clients can approve access to their portal while signing, reducing administrative delays.

You can also set the accountant access request as a default for each proposal sent, deciding whether it will be mandatory or optional.

Proposals: Rich Text Added to Notes

Improvement | Feature request

You can now create rich, detailed notes for your proposals that give your clients confidence and context.

Embed links, format headings, change font sizes, and add bullets and numbered lists, along with several other helpful options.

Invoices: ‘No payment method’ status added

Improvement

Quickly identify and act upon invoices that were issued without a set payment method using the new “No Payment Method’ status.

Reduce payment delays by resending these invoices to remind the client to add a payment method or by copying the invoice link to send via an alternate channel.

Refunds: New Dedicated Status and QuickBooks Online Sync

New | Feature request

Seamlessly manage refunds with a new dedicated status for refunded invoices. Quickly identify and track all refunds with ease. And for QuickBooks Online users, save time and effort with an automatic sync and recording of your refund receipts.
