What’s in this article?

Agreements: Advanced Filtering Added

Responding to your needs, we've ramped up the filtering options for agreements.

Now you can find specific agreements faster by using any combination of filters – service name, effective date, billing trigger, and more!

For instance, you can now filter by paused services within agreements, allowing you to quickly access them to reactivate them when needed.

Push Contacts from Anchor Directly to QuickBooks Online

You now have the optional capability to push contacts you create or edit in Anchor directly to QuickBooks Online. When you choose this option and the contact is saved successfully, it will automatically be mapped in QuickBooks Online. To easily identify them, they will be displayed in the format: "Company name (First name + Last name)" in QuickBooks Online.

Contacts: Edit Client Details

We've refined the Contacts page and Agreement Studio to allow you to modify client details more efficiently.

You can edit if:

  • A client has no agreements or proposals with other Anchor service providers.

  • They were not invited as a team member to another business.

  • A client has only one business profile within Anchor.

  • A client hasn’t signed any agreements yet.

Changing the email of a client with a pending proposal? It will shift the proposal to a draft, ready for you to fire it off again.

Contacts: Archive Contact Added

You can now archive contacts (as long as they don’t have any active agreements), while those with proposals require withdrawal first.

For a simplified view, we've added a "Status" column, allowing you to easily identify active and archived contacts at a glance.
