Introducing the Anchor & Zapier Integration
We know you've been looking for ways to streamline your workflow, and not just your cashflow 😉. Now, you can easily connect Anchor to over 1,500+ web services through Zapier and create automated connections called Zaps, without any coding. Setting up Zaps takes just minutes and it'll help you automate your day-to-day processes.
For example, you can send yourself a Slack message when a client approves an agreement or sync client data and agreement details into your CRM or other platforms with ease.
Give the new Zapier integration a try, and see how much more efficient your processes can be!

Proposals: Add Optional Services
With the addition of ‘Mark as Optional’, you can choose to set services as optional and let your client select them when they approve a proposal.
To mark services as optional:
Create a proposal
Add your service
Check the box 'Mark this service as optional'
Select if this service should be active or inactive by default by setting the service to Included or Not Included in the proposal
What your client sees
When your client receives a proposal, they’ll see an Optional Services section where the services that you marked as optional appear. The toggle will be on or off based on your selection in the dropdown:
If you selected ‘Included in the proposal,’ that service will be toggled on.
‘Not included’ will be toggled off.
In both cases, your client can select or deselect services to customize their proposal.
Business Settings: Add Introductory Message Templates
We understand that crafting the perfect introductory message for your proposals can be time consuming, especially when you're dealing with both new and existing customers. That's why we're excited to introduce our new Introductory Message Templates feature!
You can now create a custom template for new customer onboarding and another for existing customers migrating to Anchor. With these templates, you'll spend less time on repetitive work when creating new agreements.
To set up your message templates:
Go to the Business settings page
Scroll to 'Introductory message templates'
Customize templates based on your preferences and click Save Changes
Select your message template when creating a new proposal:
Agreements: Download PDF
Being able to quickly save and share your agreements is essential, whether it's for your records or for easy collaboration with others.
Download a PDF of any agreement with just a single click, making it a breeze to save or share.
Services: New Service Modal
Introducing the New Service Modal for a more streamlined service creation experience:
All-in-one window to easily create and define services
More space for writing a description
Edit service names in approved agreements
Apply discounts in dollar amounts or percentages
Services: Advanced Settings Added
We've updated the service panel by adding badges and a new advanced settings section.
This improvement aims to offer a more intuitive experience when creating and defining services. Advanced settings allow you to pause automatic billing, prorate the first payment, and mark services as optional.
