Billing: Launching the Global Billing Hub

Switch effortlessly between clients and agreements, get a clear overview of upcoming invoices, and administer your billing process smoothly through the Billing Control.

Team Management: Introducing Roles & Permissions

As your business scales, so does the complexity of managing a growing team. We've listened to your requests for a more structured system to oversee your team's access rights. And now, we're thrilled to release Anchor’s Roles & Permissions! 🍾

Roles & Permissions allows you to classify your team members as Owner, Admin, or Member, each with its own defined access rights.

This provides a clear structure to your team and prevents unauthorized changes to crucial areas like business settings, service libraries, and integrations. Moreover, productivity can thrive when team members are enabled to focus solely on their own areas of responsibility

Here's the breakdown of the newly introduced roles:

  1. Owner - holds the highest access level, having full control over everything within the account. There’s only one owner of each business.

  2. Admins - have extensive rights to modify almost everything, with the only exception being the bank account linked to the account.

  3. Members - have access to everything needed to manage a client relationship. They can create and edit clients, send proposals, edit or terminate agreements and manage billing. They can’t change your business settings, service library, team, or integrations and also don’t have visibility into your payouts and billing.

Proposals: Billing Schedule Added

We're making your proposals more transparent and detailed with the addition of a billing schedule!

Each proposal will now include a summary of the payment schedule based on the services provided, clearly listing subtotals for each billing period, services included, and those with variable pricing.

Plus, for upfront billing, an appropriate note will be added, informing the client about the invoice issuance upon proposal approval. We've designed this feature to provide clients with a clear understanding of their payment expectations.

Login with Intuit Added

Simplifying the login or sign-up process is always a priority, and we're making it even easier with our new integration with Intuit.

Now, you can use your existing Intuit account to log into Anchor, saving you the time and hassle of creating and managing multiple accounts.

Creating a Service Provider Account

Do you know a client who could find value in Anchor? Spread the word! Clients can now easily create a service provider account directly from the top bar within their account.
