To import existing customers in bulk, navigate to the Import agreements page by clicking your initials at the top right corner.

1. Download the CSV Template

Download the CSV template zip file. You'll find included an example file that you can use as a reference in addition to the CSV template that you will upload.

2. Fill out the template

Each line in the file must contain all relevant information in addition to the service you will be providing and the relevant details.

For example, an agreement with 6 different services will take up 6 rows in the file.

Fill in each column with a viable value. Here is a list of all columns and possible values:

Upload the CSV file by clicking the upload button. In the Results section, you can see how many agreements have been uploaded. To save them under the drafts section, click on 'Import as drafts'.

Click 'View drafts' to review your proposals.

Fix Errors

If your CSV file contains any errors, we will present them so you can edit them and re-upload them.

Send For Approval

For each draft saved, you can select one of the following options:

  1. Discard - discard the draft

  2. Duplicate Draft - to save it for later use

  3. Send for Approval - send the proposal to a customer. If you send them for approval, make sure to upload your Terms and Conditions PDF file for each agreement, edit their settings or any other important details.
