In Contacts, you’ll find contact details based on information from your sent proposals. You can always create or import additional contacts.

To add a contact:

  1. Go to Contacts using the sidebar

  2. Click New Contact at the top right

  3. Enter the contact's first and last name, email address, and phone (optional)

To edit a contact:

  1. Go to Contacts using the sidebar

  2. Pick a contact to edit and click Edit from the three dots menu

  3. Edit the required fields and click Save

Contact details are editable only in the following cases:

  • The contact hasn't received agreements or proposals from other Anchor service providers

  • The contact is related only to one Anchor business

You can only edit the contact's email address before an agreement has been signed. If there are any pending proposals associated with the contact at the time of the email change, these proposals will be withdrawn and moved back to your drafts.

To archive a contact:

  1. Go to Contacts using the sidebar

  2. Pick a contact to archive and click Archive from the three dots menu

A contact can only be archived if there is no active agreement currently assigned to them. If there are any pending proposals associated with the contact you wish to archive, these proposals will be automatically withdrawn.

To import contacts:

  1. Go to Contacts using the sidebar

  2. Click Import Contacts at the top right

  3. Download the CSV file template

  4. Include first and last names, email addresses, and phone numbers (optional) for each contact

  5. Upload your CSV file
