What the integration does

How to connect Anchor to monday.com

  1. Get your API key from Anchor

    Go to Settings → Integrations → monday.com → Copy API Key

  2. Go to your monday.com board and click Integrate

  3. Search for the Anchor app and click to open it

  4. In the connection window, paste your API key and email address, then click Save

  5. Add any Anchor automation recipe to your board and you’re ready to go!

Frequently Asked Questions

Why doesn’t my Phone column appear as “Phone” in the mapping?

monday.com exposes phone-type columns as text fields in the recipe setup. Simply map your Phone column to the “Phone” text field in Anchor, and values will flow correctly.

Can one board connect to multiple Anchor accounts?

No. Each monday.com board can link to only one Anchor account. To switch accounts, uninstall the Anchor app from the board, reinstall it, and enter the new API key.

Can multiple users on the same board use Anchor?

Yes. Once a board is connected with one Anchor account (via API key), anyone with board permissions can run and edit the automations - but all actions execute under the connected Anchor user’s credentials.
