Viewing and Exporting Reports

Anchor offers robust reporting tools to help you monitor and analyze essential business metrics. Each report is fully customizable with various breakdowns and filters to meet your specific needs, and all reports can be easily exported for further analysis.

Note: Only users with Admin or Owner roles have access to the Reports section.

Accessing the Reports Section

To view your reports, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Reports section in the main menu

  2. The following three reports are currently available:

    • Revenue Breakdown

    • Active Services

    • Remaining Credit

Revenue Breakdown Report

The Revenue Breakdown Report enables you to examine your historical revenue in depth. It provides insights into paid invoices and accounts for any refunds or disputes, where applicable. Note: Platform fees are excluded from this data.

Here are a few examples of what you can do with this report:

  • Track revenue over various time intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).

  • Identify your top-grossing services over time.

  • Analyze revenue generated from specific clients within a defined time period.

Active Services Report

The Active Services Report provides a comprehensive view of all the active services you are currently delivering to your clients. It includes services that have not been completed and are part of your active agreements.

Here are a few examples of what you can do with this report:

  • Find clients for whom a specific service has never been charged.

  • Identify all paused or unpaused automatically billed services across your offerings.

  • Filter services that were last billed in the previous quarter.

  • Locate clients for whom you provide a monthly, automatically billed service.

Remaining Credit Report

The Remaining Credit Report gives you a clear picture of the remaining credit available to your clients under each agreement.
