Accessing the Reports Section

To view your reports, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Reports section in the main menu

  2. The following three reports are currently available:

    • Revenue Breakdown

    • Active Services

    • Remaining Credit

Revenue Breakdown Report

The Revenue Breakdown Report enables you to examine your historical revenue in depth. It provides insights into paid invoices and accounts for any refunds or disputes, where applicable. Note: Platform fees are excluded from this data.

Here are a few examples of what you can do with this report:

  • Track revenue over various time intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).

  • Identify your top-grossing services over time.

  • Analyze revenue generated from specific clients within a defined time period.

Active Services Report

The Active Services Report provides a comprehensive view of all the active services you are currently delivering to your clients. It includes services that have not been completed and are part of your active agreements.

Here are a few examples of what you can do with this report:

  • Find clients for whom a specific service has never been charged.

  • Identify all paused or unpaused automatically billed services across your offerings.

  • Filter services that were last billed in the previous quarter.

  • Locate clients for whom you provide a monthly, automatically billed service.

Remaining Credit Report

The Remaining Credit Report gives you a clear picture of the remaining credit available to your clients under each agreement.

Future Invoices Report

The Future Invoices Report provides visibility into all invoices scheduled to be issued over the next 12 months. It helps you forecast upcoming revenue, manage client billing cycles, and plan for cash flow with confidence.

This report helps you:

  • View all invoices that are scheduled to be generated in the upcoming 12 months.

  • Filter by client to understand future income streams.

  • Anticipate future payouts and ensure all services are set up for timely invoicing.

This report is especially useful for forward-looking financial planning and for ensuring that no scheduled invoices are missed or delayed.

Sent Proposals Report

The Sent Proposals Report allows you to review all proposals ever sent from your organization. You can view proposals by date sent, sender, and current status — whether they were later reviewed, approved, expired, withdrawn, or terminated.

This report helps you:

  • Understand your overall proposal conversion rates.

  • Compare conversion performance across team members.

  • Track proposal volume over specific time periods.

  • Identify opportunities to improve follow-up or closing processes.

With these insights, you can measure the effectiveness of your proposal pipeline and team performance over time.
