Changing or adding email recipients on an agreement

Learn how to add additional contacts or change the person who receives email notifications in your agreement.

Anchor sends invoice notifications to the contact associated with your client's agreement. If you need to update who receives those invoices, there are two ways to go about it depending on what you need.

Updating the existing contact

If you need to replace the person currently receiving invoices, you can do this directly from the Contacts page.

  1. Go to Contacts and find the client

  2. Click the three dots next to their email address and select Edit

  3. Update the contact details and save your changes

    The updated contact will start receiving invoice notifications going forward.

Adding an additional recipient

If you need to add someone to receive invoices alongside the existing contact, please reach out to support at [email protected] with the following information:

  • The client's business name as it appears in your agreement

  • The full name and email address of each person you'd like to add
