Learn how to customize your agreement using Custom pages

Written by Yair Zirulnik

What are Custom pages?

Custom pages give you a dedicated space to add your own content to a proposal before the packages and services pages. You can add up to 10 custom pages per proposal. When adding a custom page, choose from three types:

  • Video – Embed a video from YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom for a powerful first impression.

  • PDF – Upload a PDF document, such as a team introduction or case study.

  • Text – Write rich text content, such as a project scope or engagement summary.

For Text and PDF pages, you can check the "Include this page in the signed agreement" option. When enabled, the page will appear in the agreement once it is signed and in the downloadable agreement PDF. Video pages are not included in the signed agreement.

Adding a custom page

  1. In the proposal editor, click + Add a custom page.

  2. Select a page type: Video, PDF, or Text.

  3. Add your content and give the page a title.

  4. For Text and PDF pages, check "Include this page in the signed agreement" if you want it included in the client-signed document.

You can save any custom page as a reusable template to speed up future proposals.

  • To save a page as a template: Click the three-dot menu on the page and select "Save as a custom page template."

  • To reuse a saved template: Click + Add a custom page and select it from your saved templates list.

  • To manage your templates: Click + Add a custom page, then click "Manage custom page templates" to edit, duplicate, or delete saved templates.

Custom pages on live agreements

Custom pages can be added, edited, or replaced on a live agreement at any time by creating an amendment. You can learn more about how to edit your agreement in the following article.
