Whenever your client connects their bank account manually using account and routing numbers, you will see a status of 'Manual verification initiated' on the agreement. Your client will get a single deposit of $0.1 with a three-letter code attached to it within 1-2 business days.

In order to assist your client in completing the verification process:
Ask your client for the three-letter code of the deposit or check their bank account if you have access to it.
On the relevant agreement, you will see a 'Complete verification' button. Click it to complete the verification.
When you click it, you will be asked to enter the 3-letter code associated with your client's deposit.
Restarting Micro-Deposit Verification
If a client hasn’t received their micro-deposit or the verification process needs to be restarted, you can easily trigger a new verification attempt:
Navigate to the Payment Method tab in the agreement.
Click ‘Restart’ next to the pending verification status.
Plaid will reopen, allowing your client to reconnect their bank account.
Once completed, a new micro-deposit will be sent within 1-2 business days for verification.
