Dunning Emails Candace
Over the course of seven days, Anchor will send emails to you and your client, informing them of any missed payment actions, as well as informing you if they are unresponsive.
When an action is missed, emails will be sent at the following intervals:
The first email will be sent to the client on day 3 since the day action has been missed.
A second email will be sent to the client on day 5 since the missed action.
An email will be sent to you, on day 7 since the missed action.
Dunning Emails Scenarios
As of now, Anchor supports automated dunning emails for the following scenarios:
1. Agreement Signing
There's a chance your client has interacted with the agreement, but not completed the steps necessary for a flawless payment (full approval of the agreement).
For example, your client opened the contract and signed it, but didn't fill out the payment method. Alternatively, they may have signed up and filled out the payment method, but never clicked on "Accept terms".

2. Micro Deposit Verification
Your client may have decided to connect their bank account manually and they initiated the Micro Deposit Verification process but never made a deposit.

3. One Time Charge Approval
Whenever you send a one-time charge to your client, a dunning process will start to make sure they don't miss it.

Whenever you make changes to an approved agreement, a dunning process starts to make sure your client approves the amended version.
