What is Anchor?

Anchor is a cutting edge customer engagement platform that manages and automates the commercial relationship between service providers and their clients - this includes the agreement, invoicing and payment. Anchor's goal is to make the vendor/client relationship as simple as possible - no errors, not delays, no disputes.

Accepted payment methods

Anchor enables clients to pay their vendors via credit card or secured direct payment (ACH).

What is ACH?

ACH payments or ACH transfers are electronic bank-to-bank money transfers processed through the Automated Clearing House Network. ACH payments allow entities to securely send and receive electronic payments even if they are at different banks. You can learn more about ACH transactions here

What makes Anchor different - secured ACH

ACH authorization (outside of Anchor) gives the authorized party permission to withdraw funds from the payers account. In these cases it means that there are no restrictions or supervision over the vendor, leading to duplicate charges, mistakes or fraud.

Enter Anchor: introducing Risk Free ACH transactions. Because all Anchor transactions are triggered directly from the digital engagement between the vendor and the client, it is impossible for there to be any errors or fraud. All payments must be in accordance with the agreed upon terms, and any additional payment must be approved by the client.

With Anchor there are no surprises, no mistakes enabling full control and transparency for both parties. That's a guarantee.

Cost

Anchor has no subscription fees, you simply pay as you go. Cost depends on the payment method of your choice.

Pricing per invoice:

  • US credit card - 2.9% + 30¢

*Additional fees may apply, such as balance transfer fee, foreign transfer fee

  • International credit card - 3.9% + 30¢

  • ACH - fees may change in accordance to agreement with Anchor

* Vendor can choose who will incur the fee (the vendor or the client)

* In the event of refunds, there may be additional fees charged by the bank.
