Vinyl is an AI meeting assistant for accounting and bookkeeping teams. Once connected to Anchor, Vinyl can turn a client meeting into a draft proposal in Anchor, using the services and prices already in your Anchor library.
Vinyl only creates drafts. You review and send every proposal from Anchor.
Before you start
Your firm's Master Admin in Vinyl needs to turn on Proposals under Settings → Firm → AI permissions. This applies to the whole firm.
Vinyl works with one proposal tool at a time. If another one is connected, disconnect it first.
Each team member connects their own Anchor account.

What happens after a meeting
Vinyl picks up the services the client asked about during the call.
It finds the client in Anchor. If there is no match, it offers to create the client, and you approve first.
It matches the services to your Anchor services and pricing. If a service is not in your Anchor library, Vinyl names it so you can add it in Anchor.
It writes a short proposal intro and shows you a review. Once you approve, the draft is created in Anchor.
Open the draft in Anchor to finish and send it.
