If you'd like to remove or disconnect a payment method from your agreement, please reach out to your service provider directly. As part of the billing relationship you have with them, payment method changes on an agreement are managed by your service provider, so they'll be able to take care of this for you.
Once the change has been made, it will be reflected in your Anchor portal.
