Easily prompt clients to add their payment details

To simplify payments and ensure a seamless transaction process, you can request your clients to add or update their payment details directly through Anchor.

Requesting a payment method for a single agreement

  1. Navigate to the agreement where you need the client to provide or update their payment details.

  2. Click "Request a Payment Method" in the top-right corner.

  3. Confirm and send the request.

Requesting payment methods for multiple agreements in bulk

  1. Go to the Agreements page.

  2. Select the agreements for which you need clients to add payment details.

  3. Click "Bulk Actions."

  4. Choose "Request a Payment Method."

  5. Confirm and send the request.

What will the client experience?

Once the request is sent, clients will receive an email instructing them to input their payment information within Anchor.

If your clients are new to Anchor, it's recommended to reach out to them directly to help them understand the transition to the platform.
