Start by adding the service you are interested in to your proposal. This is the first step to setting up your subscription.

Next, navigate to the 'Advanced settings' option. This is where you can access more detailed settings for your service, including proration options.

In the 'Advanced settings' menu, there is a checkbox for proration.

  • If you enable this (by checking the box), your first payment will be prorated. This means that you'll only be invoiced for the part of the period used, based on the service’s start date.

  • If you choose to disable this (by leaving the box unchecked), you'll be invoiced for a full month's charge, irrespective of when the service started within the month.

Please Note: This proration option is only applicable for fixed-priced services. Variable services that have fluctuating costs might not be eligible for proration.
