To maintain a high level of security, changing your payout bank account requires a short video call with one of our Customer Support Associates.
Before the call, please have the following ready:
Your new account and routing numbers
A valid government-issued ID
During the call, an account owner must be present β this is someone with 25% ownership or more who is listed as an owner on the Anchor account. Our team member will ask you to provide your ID before making any changes.
After verifying your identity, our team will disconnect your current bank account. You'll then be able to add your new bank account directly from your dashboard. Once the new account is connected, we will confirm that everything went through successfully and let you know.
