Anchor does not provide a breakdown of your total earnings and you are responsible for keeping track of your earnings and accurately reporting them in tax filings.
Keep in mind: Anchor does not automatically withhold taxes. We calculate the subtotal of your earnings based on the date the earnings were collected.
If, in a calendar year, your gross payments through Anchor exceed $20,000 and you have at least 200 transactions, you’ll receive a Form 1099-K via paperless delivery or mail.
Important to keep in mind:
Eligible businesses, will be receiving an email by mid-January 2026.
The subject line is “Get your Anchor 2025 tax forms faster by enabling e-delivery”.
Before mid-January: Confirm your tax information (e.g., name, address, and SSN or EIN) is correct.
By January 31, 2026:
Your 1099 tax form will be mailed to you. If you don’t receive an email from or don’t agree to paperless delivery, please allow up to 10 business days for mail delivery.
Anchor will file your 1099 tax form with the IRS and relevant state tax authorities.
April 15, 2026: IRS deadline to file individual tax returns. You’ll need your 1099 tax form to file your taxes.

What information do I need to provide to receive my 1099?
Review and confirm your tax information (e.g., name, address, and TIN or EIN) in the Tax Information section under Business Settings in Anchor to ensure it’s accurate. If any details need updating, please contact us at [email protected].
How will my form be delivered?
Anchor will be delivering the forms electronically. If you wish to have a paper copy mailed to you, you will be able to request that once the form becomes available in January 2026.
What if the amount on my form is incorrect?
The information on the form comes directly from Anchor and can be cross-referenced with your invoices report.
Keep in mind: the form does not include refunds, disputes and payments marked as paid or processed outside of Anchor.
If you find any discrepancies between your report and the form, contact support.
Are ACH payments included in my 1099-K?
Yes, both ACH payments and credit card payments are included in your 1099-K.
